Working with schools, health workers and village heads, Uyanaka Trust identified 75 orphans and vulnerable children needing school fees, uniforms, food, stationery and transport support. The organisation mobilised crowdfunding and supported part of the identified group with school fees.
Donated uniforms, stationery and school bags to 20 children at Solusi Primary School, helping them return to the classroom with dignity.
Supported a child-headed family of four children with food, counselling, uniforms and masks during a period of acute vulnerability.
Donated clothing to 50 children in Bulilima District, bringing warmth and joy over the festive season.
Visited an orphanage in Harare and provided groceries and counselling support to children and caregivers.
A child out of school, without uniform or fees, at risk of dropping out and exposed to protection risks at home.
Back in the classroom with fees paid, a uniform, supplies and psychosocial support — learning, safe, and hopeful about the future.
